Mölkky is an old Finnish outdoor game. It resembles bowling.
Equipment: You need 12 wooden sticks numbered from 1 to 12 . You set the sticks on the ground in a group.
You also need one mölkky, a bigger block of wood used as a bowl.

However, the most important thing in the game is a relaxed atmosphere and fair play.
Field: A sand field is very good for the purpose.
Players: At least two players are needed. We have a whole team here.

Each player writes down the score in turn. On the first row you write down the names.

The order of throwers is drawn by lot.
The player who gets the fewest points starts the following round.
The game: The first player aims to throw at the sticks with mölkky trying to fall down as many sticks as possible. The throwing distance is about 3 or 4 metres.

If you fall one stick you get as many points as the stick has marked on it.

If you fall down several sticks you get one point for each fallen stick.
After each throw the sticks are put up again.

If you score no points on three successive throws you’ll become the writer of scores.
The game ends when one of the players gets exactly 50 points.

But if you get over 50 points, your points will decrease to 25.
A happy winner!
